AGREEMENT-DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT-BRAND NAME
If the products covered by this contract of sale are not described by brand names or other specific designations, then the products to be delivered and accepted shall be of such classes of products as sellers shall from time to time be selling to other customers similar to buyer in the territory of the buyer, all as determined by the seller.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
